Helping Eliminate Barriers to Preventive Mental Wellness

Mindful Minutes is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping eliminate barriers to mindfulness, emotional regulation, emotional intelligence, movement, and brain health resources.

We believe children, families, educators, schools, and communities deserve access to simple, practical tools that support calm, connection, resilience, and well-being.

Through partnerships with Challenge to Change, Inc. and other trusted community partners, Mindful Minutes helps expand access to research-based programming, free resources, school supports, family tools, class scholarships, community programs, and future digital learning opportunities.

Our Mission

Our Mission at Mindful Minutes is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) dedicated to providing mindful-based education to individuals, organizations, and communities that empowers them to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives, by leveraging the power of community resources. We achieve this by enhancing well-being and improving brain health across all demographics. Mindful Minutes aims to create a positive impact by fostering awareness, compassion, and mental well-being. Our programs are designed to cater to all ages and backgrounds, ensuring that everyone has access to the tools needed for mindful living. Through workshops, community events, and educational resources, we support mental health and resilience, working to build a foundation of well-being that benefits both individuals and the broader community.

What We Do

Mindful Minutes supports preventive mental wellness by helping provide access to:

  • School-based mindfulness and movement programming

  • Brain Health Room tools and educator resources

  • Family and early childhood supports

  • Class scholarships for children

  • Community-based wellness programs

  • Free and low-cost resources, printables, videos, and tools

  • The future LEARN Portal, an online hub for mindfulness and emotional wellness resources

Our work is designed to meet children and families where they already are — in schools, homes, studios, classrooms, and community spaces

Why It Matters

Children are learning, growing, and experiencing big emotions every day. Families and educators are also carrying stress, transitions, and daily demands.

Mindfulness, movement, emotional regulation, and brain health tools give children and adults simple ways to pause, breathe, reset, connect, and return to learning or daily life with more calm and confidence.

When these tools are accessible, they can support:

  • Focus and readiness to learn

  • Emotional awareness

  • Self-regulation

  • Connection and belonging

  • Confidence and resilience

  • Healthier classrooms, homes, and communities

Our Impact

Through school partnerships, community programs, trauma care facility programming, Brain Health Room supports, class scholarships, and accessible resources, Mindful Minutes helps bring mindfulness and emotional wellness tools to more children and families.

Our impact continues to grow through the support of donors, sponsors, grantmakers, community partners, educators, and families who believe preventive mental wellness should be accessible to all.

Our Partnerships

Mindful Minutes partners with Challenge to Change, Inc. and other trusted community partners to help expand access to preventive wellness tools.

These partnerships allow us to support children, families, educators, and community organizations with programming, resources, scholarships, and practical tools that can be used in everyday spaces.

Together, we are helping build a stronger foundation for emotional well-being and lifelong mental wellness.
