School
Programming 

Mindful Minutes partners with Challenge to Change, Inc. to help schools access research-based mindfulness, movement, emotional regulation, emotional intelligence, and brain health programming.

 

School programming supports students and educators through tools that build focus, calm, self-awareness, regulation, and readiness to learn.

Family & Early Childhood Support

Mindful Minutes supports families and caregivers with simple tools for mindfulness, emotional regulation, emotional intelligence, movement, connection, and early brain health.
 

In partnership with Challenge to Change, Inc., these supports help children and families build calm routines, coping skills, connection, and school readiness.

Free Resources, Products, and Tools

Access free and low-cost tools created by Mindful Minutes, select resources shared through Challenge to Change, Inc., and additional trusted community partners.
 

Resources include pintables, videos, reset tools, emotional regulation supports, mindful activities, and practical wellness tools for classrooms, homes, and community spaces.

Brain Health Room Tools

Mindful Minutes provides tools for Brain Health Now’s Brain Health Rooms, including a resource platform with pintables, videos, and practical tools for educators and students to use within the Brain Health Rooms.

These resources support emotional regulation, self-awareness, mindfulness, movement, and brain health during the school day.

Community
Programs

Mindful Minutes partners with community organizations to bring mindfulness, movement, emotional regulation, emotional intelligence, and brain health tools into spaces where children and families already gather.

 

Through partnerships with Challenge to Change, Inc. and other trusted community partners, these programs help expand access to preventive wellness tools beyond the school setting.

Class

Scholarships

Class scholarships help remove financial barriers so children can participate in yoga, mindfulness, movement, and wellness classes.

Scholarships support access to experiences that help children build confidence, calm, emotional awareness, connection, and self-regulation skills.

Scholarship-supported classes may be offered through Challenge to Change, Inc. or approved Mindful Minutes partner programs.

Learn Portal
(in development)

The LEARN Portal is a developing digital resource hub and long-term funding goal for Mindful Minutes.

In partnership with Challenge to Change, Inc., the portal will be built as sponsorship and grant funding becomes available.

 

Once completed, it will help schools, families, organizations, and community members access mindfulness, emotional regulation, emotional intelligence, movement, brain health, coping skills, and wellness tools in one easy online space.
